When you print the PDF, make sure you click “fit” (about halfway down the print dialogue box) and it should shrink all pages about 97% so that the page numbers print. For Mac Users: Click on “Size” and change to 97%. For Double-Sided printing, Change One-Sided to Two-Sided and on that menu, choose Long-Sided Binding.
